ARCO Rights

Personal data is any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as their name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number, age, gender, and profession, as well as any information that allows or contributes to identifying the person.

One of Finiva's pillars is the transparency with which we share our processes, and in this case, the processing of personal data that is part of our Privacy Policy.

The protection of your personal data is a right linked to the protection of your privacy. ARCO rights allow natural persons to request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to their personal information, with the purpose of preventing their illicit trafficking and potential violation.

These rights are also known as Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition Rights (ARCO Rights), through which holders have the faculty to request the:

• Access: Know what personal data is in Finiva's possession and what it is being used for.
• Rectification: Request the correction of your personal data when they are inaccurate or incorrect.
• Cancellation: Request the total or partial deletion of personal data considering that its processing is not adjusting to the principles and duties provided by the applicable data protection regulations.
• Opposition: Oppose the processing of their personal data for specific purposes.

Revocation of consent: At any time, holders can communicate their desire to withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data, which implies that Finiva ceases the processing of all personal data it holds of said holder, unless there is some legal impediment.

How can I exercise these rights?

For you or your legal representative to initiate the exercise of these rights, we ask that you write to us at the email ayuda@finiva.mx attaching the following:

• Your name and address, as well as a means to communicate the response to your request.
• The documents that accredit your identity or, in your case, the legal representation of the person who exercises the right on your behalf.
• The clear and precise description of the ARCO right or Revocation you want to exercise.
• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data.

Once you or your legal representative sends the information, our Personal Data Department will attend to it and send you the response within a maximum of 20 business days, in accordance with what the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) establishes.
